This high power silk dome tweeter was chosen for its smooth, natural high frequency performance and its ability to reproduce musical transients without dynamic compression creating harsh distortion products in the upper voice range.
Its high power handling capability allows the use of a lower crossover frequency to provide a better integration of the off-axis response with the 5.5" mid-woofer.
